  • All booking fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Appointments must be rescheduled before 72 hours of your scheduled appointment. If you need to reschedule within 72 hours of your appointment you will be charged a late cancellation fee.

    We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that could force you to reschedule your procedure. Please understand that such changes affect not only your artist, but other clients as well. If you choose to reschedule your appointment, we request and require AT LEAST 3 days notice otherwise you will be charged the applicable late cancellation fees.

  • Failure to arrive at your appointment on time or later than 10 minutes from the scheduled appointment time will be considered a No-Show and will result in a penalty fee of 100% of the scheduled service price.

  • Please be sure to cancel/reschedule your appointment NO LESS than 3 days prior to your appointment time to avoid a cancellation fee.

    Failure to cancel your appointment within 72-48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time will result in a penalty fee of 80% of the scheduled service price.

    Failure to cancel your appointment within 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time will result in a penalty fee of 100% of the scheduled service price.

  • Any appointment that is a No-Show will result in a penalty fee of 100% the scheduled appointment.

  • Tattoo Touch-Ups

    A touch-up, can be done 4-6 weeks after your initial procedure is included in the price of your initial procedure. You have up to 6 months after your procedure to claim your complementary touch-up. If for some reason, you have your touch-up after the 6 months, you will be charged my normal touch up rate of 50% off my minimum (minimum of size appointment) at the time. You are responsible for booking your touch-up appointment!

    Touch-Up prices are for clients who have had their initial session with Caroline, if you had your original service done by someone else, this is your first visit with Caroline and will be full price.

  • Lip Blush

    If you have had previous lip blush/tattooing of any kind, you must get my approval before booking! If you show up to your appointment with a lip tattoo that has not been approved, we have the right to turn you away and charge a late cancellation fee of 100% of the service price.

  • We have a strict NO REFUND policy on all TATTOOS, BODY PIERCINGS and BOOKING FEES. You cannot give us our tattoo, time, or services back so we will not refund those services. There is no refunds on booking fees because we put time and effort in everything surrounding talking to you, making appointments, consultations, etc.

No kids or pets allowed. This is not only for their safety but for yours and mine. Please only bring 1 companion with you to your appointment. If you bring kids/pets or too many companions you will be asked to reschedule your appointment and will result in a penalty fee of 100% of the scheduled appointment.

A valid ID must be shown at the time of the appointment. (Drivers License or Passport) *Failure to have a valid ID at appointment will result in a same day cancellation fee.

Must be 18 or older. No exceptions.
